About Atlis

Atlis is an online course that prepares learners for the UK driving theory test. It includes written lessons, practice questions, mock tests and an AI tutor.

Atlis is operated by The Theory Stick.

Atlis is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the DVSA or any government body. We do not guarantee that you will pass your theory test. Your result depends on your own preparation.

Your account

You need an account to use Atlis. You must give an email address you control and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for anything done through your account.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to share paid content, abuse the service, or break these terms.

What you are buying

Atlis is a one-time purchase of £29.99 for full access. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Road signs is free to everyone without payment. Everything else requires purchase.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Atlis operates as a service. It does not mean forever. If we ever have to close Atlis down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Payment

Payment is handled by Shopify. We do not see or store your card details.

Your access begins immediately after payment.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because Atlis gives you access straight away, you agree at checkout to start immediately and you waive that right.

We still offer a goodwill refund. See our Refund Policy.

What you may not do

You may not share your account, copy or redistribute our lessons or questions, resell access, scrape the site, or use Atlis to build a competing product.

All content on Atlis, including lessons, questions, illustrations and the Atlis name, belongs to us.

The AI tutor

Atlis includes an AI tutor called Theo. Theo is generated by a language model and can be wrong. Do not rely on it as your only source. Where Theo and the official Highway Code disagree, the Highway Code is correct.

Conversations with Theo are stored so the tutor can follow a thread. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We update lessons and questions regularly as the theory test changes. Content may be added, edited or removed.

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email.

Liability

Atlis is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for exam results, for indirect losses, or for anything beyond the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
