Atlis is sold by The Theory Stick.
Atlis is a one-time purchase with immediate access. Under UK consumer law you would normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but because you get access straight away, you agree at checkout to waive that right.
Our goodwill refund
We still want you to be able to try it properly.
You can request a full refund if both apply:
- You ask within 7 days of purchase, and
- You have completed fewer than 3 paid topics
Road signs is free to everyone, so it does not count towards the three.
How to request one
Email help@atlisdriving.co.uk from the address on your account. Tell us you would like a refund.
We will confirm within 2 working days and process the refund within 5 working days. It goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
After a refund
Your paid access ends. You keep the free Road signs topic like any other visitor.
Outside the policy
If you are outside the 7 days or have completed 3 or more paid topics, we are not obliged to refund you. Email us anyway and explain. We would rather sort something out than leave you unhappy.
Faults
If Atlis is not working as described and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is separate from the goodwill policy above and is not limited to 7 days.
